We like to share knowledge, and we carry the good of WordPress in our hearts. That’s why we organize and conduct WordPress meetings in Silesia:

  • WordUps – afternoons with presentations about WordPress at atmospheric venues,
  • MeetUps – Saturdays with WordPress presentations and hands-on workshops at the CEK of the Silesian University of Technology,
  • and WordCamps – 2-3 day nationwide conferences with presentations, workshops and masterminds on WordPress and business topics.

We need practically every helping hand, as the ideas and tasks keep coming. All regardless of where you live – we coordinate most of our activities remotely. If you have some time, energy, and willingness to get involved in organizational work, you are welcome!

We are (for the time being) a two-person team of Women who care about popularizing and spreading knowledge about WordPress. We have been active in the community of Polish WP enthusiasts for years. It was these activities that resulted in the establishment of the Silesia WP Foundation.

We use the funds raised from Partners and Sponsors to organize meetings of the WordPress enthusiast community. It is thanks to them that we can offer meetings free of charge to Participants.

Volunteers are responsible for less time-consuming activities. During WordCamp Gliwice, they assisted in obtaining sponsors, handled email correspondence, registration of Participants, solved technical conundrums, provided information, helped with spatial organization of the venue, etc.

All you have to do is contact us! We will send you a partner offer and arrange the details.

We prefer the form of donation, which – thanks to the foundation status – the company has the opportunity to account for in its costs. However, if necessary, we will of course issue invoices (VAT exempt).
